Return and Refund Policy
At HSR Export, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following conditions:
1. Return Policy
We offer returns on items purchased from www.hsrexport.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

- Products that have been used or altered
- Sale or clearance items
2. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items, including used crystals, jewelry, etc.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the H S R Export online store;
- warranty card;
